A.B.'s Bio.
I was born in a family of merchants, traders and artists. Being a merchant in Greece until the turn of the last century usually meant traveling back and forth to countries in the silk road, from Today's Syria and Israel, then it was all Ottoman Empire, to then Persia and beyond.
Being a merchant and having to travel to those countries meant that one had to think quick on his feet, improvise and invent stories to keep his head firmly attached to his shoulders and get the best possible deal from bartering with people that had devoted their whole lives bartering and negotiating.
Silver-tongue in blood with a vivid imagination I have been writing and acting stories in my mind for years but only two years ago did I write my first full story for "publication" even if for nifty.
I have a wide array of interests and hobbies to draw inspiration from and create stories from. From sketching and photography to martial arts, traveling, reading history, literature and philosophy and listening to music.
I write about things that interest me, worry me, that make me cry, laugh, feel sad, happy, angry, enraged. I want to love what I write and to love reading it. If I can't like what I write I cannot expect anyone else to do so either.
When writing I strive to make each character different, with different personalities and hobbies, not just in the same story but across different stories as well. I want them not to be some inanimate words in a "piece of paper" but living, breathing characters that will make readers believe that they will leap out of the PC monitor and interact with them in real life.
